Lars Own

Julskinka, or Swedish Christmas Ham, is a traditional holiday dish in Sweden. This boneless ham is salt-cured, unsmoked, and uncooked, and it's often made with a breadcrumb and mustard crust (recipe included with each ham). It serves as the centerpiece of the julbord, Sweden's festive buffet. While it's typically served cold, it can also be enjoyed warm, or at room temperature. A classic way to enjoy julskinka is with a dollop of Swedish mustard (Lars Own® is available in two varieties) and knackerbröd (crispbread).
