Hot Reuben Dip

All the flavor of a classic Reuben sandwich in a creamy, hot dip. Serve with crunchy, flavorful Leksands Rye Crispbread for a perfect party appetizer.


For Dip: 

4 oz cream cheese, softened 

¾ cup Thousand Island dressing

8 oz thinly-sliced corned beef, chopped 

1 cup sauerkraut, patted dry  

5 oz grated Scandic® Grevé® cheese or Swiss cheese

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley


1 pkg (7.06 oz) Leksands Original Rye Crispbread Triangles (16 triangles)


  1. For dip, preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine cream cheese and dressing; mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and parsley; spoon into a 4-5 cup casserole dish.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
  5. Break each crispbread triangle into 3-4 pieces.
  6. Serve hot dip with crispbread pieces for dipping.

Cook's tips

For all you cheese lovers, try sprinkling additional grated Scandic® Grevé® cheese or Swiss cheese over Crispbread Triangles and baking until cheese is melted. Break into pieces before serving with hot dip.
