Tangy Lingonberry & Mustard Glaze

Tangy Lingonberry & Mustard Glaze is a sweet glaze that is a perfect accompaniment to roast chicken, turkey or pork. For a flavorful and popular party appetizer, try serving with Lars Own® Swedish Meatballs.
Ingredients
1 cup Lars Own® Wild Swedish Lingonberries
¼ cup water
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup Lars Own® Swedish Style Sweet & Mild Mustard
Steps
- In blender, combine Lars Own® Wild Swedish Lingonberries, water and vinegar; blend until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, combine berry mixture with sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil; simmer over medium-low heat until glaze has thickened and lightly coats the back of a spoon, 9-11 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Cook's tips
Lars Own® Swedish Style Spicy Brown Mustard can be used in place of the Sweet & Mild Mustard, if desired.
