1 sleeve Lars Own® Swedish Ginger Snaps

1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Crush ginger snaps in a food processor or blender until finely crushed.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine butter and crushed ginger snaps; stir until well blended.
  4. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  5. Bring mixture evenly up to the rim of the pan.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes.
