2½ cups chilled Lars Own® Swedish-Style Rice Porridge (prepared as directed on package)
1¼ cups heavy whipping cream
2½ tbsp sugar
1¼ tsp vanilla extract
Raspberry sauce (optional)
Steps
- Stir sugar and vanilla into chilled porridge; set aside.
- Whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold cream into porridge mixture.
- Serve chilled with raspberry sauce, if desired.
