Traditional Swedish Christmas Pudding

Ingredients

2½ cups chilled Lars Own® Swedish-Style Rice Porridge (prepared as directed on package)

1¼ cups heavy whipping cream

2½ tbsp sugar

1¼ tsp vanilla extract 

Raspberry sauce (optional)

Steps

  1. Stir sugar and vanilla into chilled porridge; set aside.
  2. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold cream into porridge mixture.
  4. Serve chilled with raspberry sauce, if desired.

Cook's tips

To serve a crowd at the holidays, this recipe can be easily doubled for 24 servings.
