Ingredients
5 cups chilled Lars Own® Swedish-Style Rice Porridge (prepared as directed on package)
1 cup whole milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
⅔ cup raisins
Optional: ⅓ cup sugar, 1 tsp lemon zest and ½ cup chopped almonds
Lingonberries or other fruit preserves (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450ºF.
- Stir milk, eggs, raisins and optional ingredients, if desired, into chilled porridge.
- Pour into buttered casserole dish.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until set and top is browned.
- Serve with lingonberries or other fruit preserves.
